Thanks, I went and checked that wire to ground and nothing, however my dvm only goes to 400 ohms. I think I failed to mention that I allready tried a different pcm and nothing. Other than belt slippage I'm really suspecting wiring harness trouble. But still, whats up with this whistling noise coming from under the battery tray, can it be coming from the transmission?
