This thing is small, like 20" shorter than the current Civic
I don't think they'd brag about its handling if it wasn't there and they even went as far to say this about the 109 hp "thats why theres any aftermarket". Imagine a couple bolt ons and the car gets kicked up to about 150 hp, the return of the true "pocket rocket"
With a little bit of imagination, you can set this thing up pretty good. It will never be a race car, but then again, you can always build the hell out of the suspension and brakes, right
