Does anyone know where I can get a Billet grill or a chrome grill insert (upper and lower)?

Ummmmm... oh boy

1. Be cheap and use gutter gaurd
2. Pick up some mesh from Elky
3. Pick up some mesh from Stazi

There is no place where you can pick up billet grilles or anything of that sort. If thats what you want, you're going to have to get custom.

I've been throwin the idea around to get it done. I always see black benz's around campus and the paint contrast with the nice chrome grill looks hot imo and I want to mimick it. Just too lazy to buy another grill...especially with the elky mesh sitting in my garage.

that would look good if they could take the ford emblem outa the grill and just have the crome bars on it...

Looks like the grill is made out of polished stainless steel, just like the hood inserts. He probably had someone cut the slots with a CNC waterjet. It wouldn't be that difficult to have a lower grill cut the same. I'm surprised he didn't. Then again, those slots look pretty restrictive. With them on top and bottom, airflow would be severely retarded.
