At times, it seems like some people try to put down nascar to make themselves feel like bigger people.
Anyways, the dateline thing is bs. They could have gone to concerts, baseball games, etc. They targeted nascar because everyone thinks nascar is a buncha hicks. They're probably sending somebody in wearing some crazy durka durka clothes. Of course they're gonna get some reaction. Send in an average american muslim and just have him watch the race with some buddies/family, and I bet noone will even notice.
