Sounds right to me.
If you look at all the completed listing for these headers, and when i emailed a guy when he was selling a 3-1 3 piece design he said yes it did come with the y pipe...there are three pieces. Go with yout gut, but if i was going to have alot of problems finding those headers soon i would jump on them.
