Not sure if you have a V-6. The most expensive hose is like the one you described. With a discount throuugh Bill Jenkins it cost $35. All the hoses together cost over $150. Your does sound like the heater hoses, they're molded, but weren't that expensive.
Their price is high to me.
I did all my hoses, taking my time and having to remove the UIM. It probably took 4 hrs.
