Plastic manifold, what the hell are you talking about? It is a 3.0 swap, not a hybrid, so of course it is plastic! I did find my problem, I had an open vacuum port on the intake. I finally got a picture from the FCO board that helped me out. The PCV I was refering to, I now also understand is built in to the oil breather on the 3.0 and so this is not required on my engine. Throttle cables are all that is left until I hit the streets! Sorry for the lack of spaces, hope this doesn't bother the ADD boys out there!
