Back on topic. I would probably not help him out being the way he treated you and your company last time around. Besides if he makes a fool of himself at work it will be reflected on you. Don't let this assclown taint your reputation at work just cause he is making you feel obligated.
Tell him you cant help him out and/or that you dont feel that helping him out in this situation is a good idea being how that last one ended up. Dont stick your neck out for this chicken again.
