did you not read the owners manual or look to see how much oil your car had in it after the oil change? With only 4 quarts I doubt it would even reach the low mark on the stick.

My 1995 manual says 5.8 qts.

Maybe its a slushbox and he never revs it past 5k, 4 quarts might me enough
