Seriously, I love teaching, and other than starting my own repair shop, I can't think of anything else I'd rather do.
what do you american teachers top out at? I am planning on going to university to get my teaching degree and canadian teachers can get up to 60 grand a year if they have their masters and after so many years of teaching. Ive been told it might be an idea to go down to the states and teach for the first few years...
Top track teachers in my area top out at over 100k

So uhh... yeah... I'm pretty boring!
I'm an A1C (E3) in the USAF moonlighting as an electrician until they tell me otherwise!
Since I'm in the dorms, I get screwed* out of benefits.
My last LES looked like this:
Base pay: $1595.70 (2yr TIS E3)
BAS: $272.26
BAH: $7.80
COLA: $205.73 (single rate in the dorms)
Meal Deduction: -$238.70
Monthly pay (before taxes): $1842.09
x12: $22,105.08
Montly pay (after taxes and other random deductions): $1458.71
x12: $17,504.52
Guess that's not too bad for a 21 year old.
*Note that I'm not complaining too much, since everything is free... just that I don't feel like I should pay for the chow hall when I don't eat there. Stuff like that!

I am a Real Estate agent and a loan officer. Both are commission jobs, so the amount of money I make depends on how much I want to work! I just retired from my job as Production Manager for my grandfather's construction company ($21 per hour). Oh... and I am in college full time (16 credits this semester). Is that considered a job? It sure feels like it but doesn't pay like it.
