As for me; Market Analyst for a mortgage lender. I adjust intrest rates and their prices, buy and sell treasuries, and sell funded loans to investment banks.
I'm paid about 40% under market. However the benefits more than make up for it. As an example; I spent most of the month of February in the hospital...paid. Without having to use any sick or vacation time.
And free floor seats next to the bench for any Clippers home game or ringside for Kings games is pretty sweet to.
