Finally found the problem !
Turns out to be drivers side LCA bushing. Apparently it was missed first time as it was tested on a hoist, and so I've been informed by someone who knows, it didn't show because the force from the supsension!
Now hopefully I can get it changed with help from the
LCA Tips thread which links to
GrooveNerd's thread on the topic.
