You might want to put it on a jack stand (or lift) and do the 3 and 9 o'clock test. In addition, if it is safe enough, go directly under and pull/push at the ball joint. You can tell if it is loose. Compare with the other side (unless of course, both are bad).

Has anyone mentioned something as easy as the front caliper clips. If one is off it will pull to that side.

Finally found the problem ! Turns out to be drivers side LCA bushing. Apparently it was missed first time as it was tested on a hoist, and so I've been informed by someone who knows, it didn't show because the force from the supsension! Now hopefully I can get it changed with help from the LCA Tips thread which links to GrooveNerd's thread on the topic. Thanks to all!

Replaced LCA and it did not change anything.
So far all the above has been done.
Applying handbrake does not make car pull, so it's not the rears, although this doesn't rule out the hydraulics.
Front caliper pins okay ... basically everything so far has passed it's inspection!
We're running out of ideas fast, I wondered about subframe bushing.

I know it may sound dumb but check the tires.. because it may be how the tire is wearing down. i use to work in a stealership and there was a car that kept pulling and the tire was wore really weird.

Tires are just installed and balanced, the problem was the same with the old snows on as it is with these new Michelins. Tire wear is normal.

Sounds like toe-out. Have you had the car aligned? Are you sure there's no play in the steering/suspension?

I have these symptoms as well and have had little luck finding the actual problem. We have found many other things but not THE problem.
I am curious to know what are symptoms of steering rack failure / wear?

Loud moan when turning (especially at low speeds).

Car has been aligned twice, maybe three times now with LCA change ... still the same!
