Im guessing Xenon, seeing that its the only name on it. And its form a civic. Dont they used H3 Bulbs?

Xenon is a Type of gas, The bulbs are HID's that require ballasts.
And H3's are a projecter bulb.

I know that.. its a HID kit its missing one of the ballasts, i do believe the car it came from had projectors. The kit is used, and the name on it isnt visible.. Hence me saying "XENON IS THE ONLY NAME I SEE ON IT"
