Might also want to make sure you have no water inside your headlight housings. I had that problem where my bulb was blowing once a month or so and it turned out that there was a pool of water inside and every time I hit a bump, the water splashed on the bulb and kept blowing it. Extremely hot glass bulbs do NOT like cold water drops.
