I'm utterly confused on the entire subject; I've read reputable pieces from those that say humans are the one's that are almost solely responsible for the upcoming "sauna" that the polar regions will see and I've read works from reputable folks that pretty much debunk that and pass it off as a natural "warming phase" that the planet is seeing and human effects are practically nil...
I'm nowhere near intelligent enough in regard to climatology to make sense of half of the data that both sides are pointing to so I'm absolutely flummoxed by it all.
I don't think that there is any doubt that the majority of climates on the planet are seeing consistently warmer than average temperatures, but as to who is more culpable for the issue (the planet or humans) is the key to the debate.
