Are either of those schools positioned in the upper tier of Advertising/Marketing, Journalism, PR programs? If not, I would suggest you apply to other schools if you expect to get hired by a Madison Avenue Advertising firm.

I've never heard of Grand Valley before, but MSU has name recognition.
