I would agree more with this.

Do you want to be the guy that makes the ads, or the guy that gives the general direction of what he's looking for in an ad?



The guy that does more of giving the general direction of "how to" make the ad, or what the company is looking for in the ad to pretty much, market it.

Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently.
