I'll set an FTP account tonight and PM the info to GrooveNerd. Then I will post the URL for all to get it.

Well, I managed to get that 90 second window with a misfire in it. Unfortunately I don't see anything very odd in the numbers, but I'm completely new at this so does anyone want to look at my datalog and see if they can pinpoint anything?

Thanks,
Rick

Can you get it up so we can take a look at it??

I read through your other post and im thinking that it may be the fuel system, my car had odd problems like that when my fuel pump went.

Does the car, other than the random misfire drive fine??

Anyone tried running the version I posted. When I try to run it I get a "Program to large to fit into memory" message and it exits. Being a programmer myself I am less than impressed with SCTs Software programmers. So far my on device datalogging does not log spark correctly (this is a fundamental point for tuning) and I cannot log for more than 10sec with the current version of LiveLink. Someone really needs to teach thier programmers something about regression testing before releasing a new version....

I just finally got around to installing the version you posted. Its only 88kb in size, which tells me the upload got screwed or something. The install file for 2.36 is over 50MB. Can you double check the file that was uploaded?

I thought something like that too, but it looks like all they sent was the executable for the program, not the entire automatic install program. I just renamed the current file with that name in the Program Files\SCTuning (or whatever it is) directory with "OLD" at the end, and copied the new file into the folder. Then you can just run the new file to start the program.

I guess that makes sense.

Well doesnt matter anymore though. I used the 2.36 version on my new laptop and it works flawlessly, it just keeps on going and going and going, doesnt stop. Wierd, but good.
