I used to be gung ho about the Fusion until I drove one and got up close. The interior is so damn boring. I actually tried a Milan because I think the looks are a little better. The interior quality was just terible. I don't know if the car I drove was built on a Friday or what. Trim pieces had mold tabs still on them. The pattern on some trim was smeared. Drive a Mazda 6 and then drive a Fusion/Milan. I thought they would be close because they are based on the same platform. The Fusion has a wider wheelbase. The 6 was the standout winner in my book in style, features, comfort, quality, and value.
