my truck started peeling up like that too - I took the same color vinyl as my truck and stuck it over the peeling area - you must lap the vinyl onto good paint to stop this from spredding. The paint releases probably from oil leaking into the paint system from the factory and the paint never really "sticks" to the primered metal. The vinyl will fix for now but if you have any rock chips, cover those with vinyl too they will also open up and peel - JOE
