Likely your rims are not hub centric like the stock wheels are (the hubs locate and support the wheels so they are centered and do not put additional stress on the studs). Hub rings fit in the hub-bore of the wheels so that non-hubcentric wheels still locate themselves on the hubs correctly not leading to them beings sligtly off center which is likely your problem.

Get the correct hub-rings for your wheels. Any wheel/tire place should have them. I cannot recall the correct bore size , but make sure they don't give you a set that is slightly larger as they will eventually ovalize.
