Brian, is that a problem with the car/elec or the actual headlights/bulbs? My dad drives around with his highbeams on in his 95 because his lighting is so dim and no one can tell. I've been thinking maybe he needs a set of proburners or something.
the headlights and fog lights are hazed and pitted to hell, I have highs in my lows now and it is only a little bit better, that and the refector in the headlights has worn out causing a reduction in light output
I to believe that I could drive around with my highbeams on and no on would notice, but then again with some many SUVs on the road they would notice it anyway with good lights I would think ...
