After much debate, I went ahead and blew 1 months rent on the Koni Sport Kit.
At 140K miles, my stock original suspension is just completely dominated (with the exception of the LCA's which I already replaced). Now I have that sinking feeling where I hope I made the right choice in spending probably about 35% of the cars actual value on a modification.
I'm hoping I can just rebuild this car as it needs it and hang onto it until it's just hopelessly outdated. I love driving it and it has proven itself very reliable thus far. It's getting into that part of it's life though where it's wanting more attention now.
I'm sure once I get the kit installed these feelings will disappear
... I'll post the results of my upgrade from a shot stock GL suspension to a Koni kit as soon as I install it.
