I think each person puts themselves into a position of racism, if yu surround yourself in good people, you in tern become a good person.
and if you hoenstly think people hold other people back because of race, then i feel bad for whatever job/life you have/lead.
hah... i tell you what. you come down to inner city detroit, and attend high school there for a week. then tell me how likely it is that you will have the same opportunities as a white kid from the suburbs.
not only do i think people hold others back because of race, i know some do, because i've seen it in action. i know people who won't hire a black guy with the same skills and background as me. you live in a canadian coccoon of stupidty if you don't believe discrimination still exists today.
