and yea, you need headers to make the 3L breath!!
I think a 3L can breath pretty well with gutted pre-cats! I will prove that this spring!

stock manifolds suck, even gutted they have horrible flow.
but its free compared to 340 bucks.

yes you could put that toward a svt but im in need of car and svt cost more than 3k thast why i stuck with this one.
and besides now it should lost another 6 years or 116000 miles of lead foot driving all the time.

no 3L because i didnt want a new tranny too and i just got a brand new car basicly for 3200
the only thing with 116000 mile on it is the tranny whuich has had full syn in it all its life and changed every 15-20000 miles. i dont think i can get a low milage svt for cheap in good condition.
