If you're only replacing them because they've yellowed, then why don't you just sand and polish them? Yeah, it'll take some time and elbow grease, but do it while you're watching TV. You'll only be out a few bucks for the sandpaper, polish, and clear-coat.

All you need to know about it is HERE.

Try to find an SVT at a junkyard. They may be rare to find but they are out there. If the junkyard folks try to rip you off...you know what to do.

My CSVT is in the body shop getting repaired. A couple of weeks ago, I noticed that the drivers side headlight lost it's seal. I asked the body shop owner how much the headlight was, and was quoted $170 for Ford brand part. I asked him to replace the driver side headlight, as well. He said he will and has some room between quoted price and his cost to help me out a little.

From Team Ford site:
Description Year MSRP Price Your Price
Headlamp assy Right - 1998-00 $170.69 $169.32

Headlamp assy Left - 1998-00 $170.69 $169.32
