The reason I dont ask for a payment up fromt is becuase my timing fluctuates. I try to make it clear that if you sign up on this GB, that you are IN. I dont think i'll have a problem with anyone backing out. It would just be nice to ship them all out at once. Whether or not the other 3 people pay up by the end of the week, the people who did pay will be going out on saturday. Maybe for the next GB (if there is a next GB), ill require a deposit.
