RawBurt, just curious, but how come to don't require payment up front? Just a interest list is too risky to get everyone to pay in the end.
If they pay upfront, they will be sure to stick around for there product. People have tendency to back out of something or just totally forget if they didn't have money tied up in it.

The reason I dont ask for a payment up fromt is becuase my timing fluctuates. I try to make it clear that if you sign up on this GB, that you are IN. I dont think i'll have a problem with anyone backing out. It would just be nice to ship them all out at once. Whether or not the other 3 people pay up by the end of the week, the people who did pay will be going out on saturday. Maybe for the next GB (if there is a next GB), ill require a deposit.
