i wouldn't even consider a 3L fast. here's how i break it down...
14's and low 15's is quick. high 13's and low 14's is very quick. high 12's and low 13's is fast. high 11's and low 12's is very fast. high 10's and low 11's are wicked (on the street). everything faster is just plain sick.
