I don't think the show is as rediculous as you all are making it out to be. Sure, the host is a douche and prolly thinks a torque wrench is a protein bar or something, but it isn't all bad. Everyone is knocking all the "car lengths" and what-not and saying it sucks because its not heads up. It's meant to even the playing fields...and if you've ever been in a "street racing" scene, thats how it works there too. They make deals so the race is more fair, because whats the fun of watching a stock...99 mustang gt vs a 06 vette on spray....I mean, its pathetic. The whole point of the show is to have street racing in a safe environment, and of course...you car is at stake.
besides...its 1 more car show you can watch...
