The stress isn't new. Actually I've grown tired of researching the matter myself so I'm sort of interested in what some of you have to say.
The problem started with trouble sleeping, a few months back. It grew into stress headaches. I'm currently at a stage where this is now affecting my physical appearance (flushed face, bags under the eyes (not always) a few unusual pimples (I know my face, I never get them anymore) I eat fine. I socialize fine. I am sane!
Just a lot of required duties that I really can't shake off or procrastinate on. I've entered my final quarter of school. Grades are good. I'm working less than usual (20 hrs a week) but I've noticed the "enslaved" feeling is more prominent lately. We have multiple class projects due by mid May (days before Spring Zing. Talk about a worm in the apple!)
Suggestions? Moreso on the stress relief part than anything else. Reason I am concerned is because a coworker brought it up and that bothers the hell ot of me that it shows that bad. No matter what though I am very much so a goofball and make the best of anything at school or work, or at home; just tough to do when energy is at an all time low
