I did my fuel filter this past weekend. Check: Sticky at top of forum

Here is the proper 15amp fuse to pull. Then turn the car over a few times, it will eventually not start. You have turned off the fuel pump by pulling the fuse. All you are trying to do is depressurize the fuel lines.

There will be gas spilled. Even if you get the lines depressurized, there is still some gas in the filter itself... It wasn't too bad for me though. Just be careful with your eyes and not to be laying too close beneath the filter... Gas in the eyes SUCKS! (Happened to me the first time swapped that filter out).

The instructions (link above) are really good. Just follow them. It's a very easy thing to do.
