His fault totally. He even admitted it when I first approached his vehicle. Police gave him the ticket. I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. In Michigan it's no fault insurance and Yes, I am going to get it fixed. I am taking it to the local body shop that does repairs on all of the exotics.
