If I interpretted that right, sounds to me like quite a while. I would take bits and pieces of what people have said on here. Sounds almost like a part of her is thinking about what it was like to be 18 again. Women love to be flattered, but that flattery should come from you and the fact that she is looking elsewhere for it, personally I don't agree with. As has been said that fact that she brought the flowers home and didn't say a thing about it in hopes that you wouldn't see stands out. It does sound like you two have a good relationship so that shouldn't have happened. Communication is vital, concerns need to be addressed. Even if it is viewed as harmless by her it's not right. Being sneaky went out a long time ago.
