I guess I actually did have it!! some of that lingo is new to me, somehow I usually figure it out. I did understand the SHELL thing though.
Thanks again for all the input Guys and Gals...I did approach my wife about this when I got home from work today, she felt as if I did not trust her, and I made it clear that I trusted her 100%, and felt that it has been taken far enough even if it is perceived as just a joke. So the solve to this was that either she let him know she will not hold anymore non work related conversations with him, or I will let him know!! No more gifts or innapropriate gestures, etc, period! I let her know what I would do in the same situation that she was put in and I think she is now looking at it a bit differently then she did before. This was a good read and definitly made my crappy work day go by a bit quicker.
