I was in Canadian Tire today, and walking by the auto service section, they had a banner advertising the Tornado fuel saver. Hoping they wouldn't be that dumb to be actually encouraging people to put these in their cars, I stopped and had a closer look only to find that it actually was the fuel saver.

I thought these types of scams were just found on e-bay, not in almost respectable stores.
