Have you filled the tank with fresh gas? You need to do that and add the fuel treatment. Adding the treatment to old bad gas will only help so much.
Next step would be plugs, wire, coil.
If that thing sat for a long time (most likely) change the oil as well. This has nothing to do with the idle.
