I have an Excel file for each vehicle that I enter in every penny that I've spent on that vehicle, including gas, insurance, payments, etc.

I also have the file chart my mileage, cost per km, and the cost of gas. It also tells me what is due at the next service, and when entering gas info, what services will need done in the next 500km.

I keep all the recipts in a file folder for everything except gas.
