I keep all service receipts in a file folder. I have all my service done at the dealer, and due to the miles I drive, I get service done almost at a monthly frequency. After over seven years of accumulating these service records, the file gets pretty thick. But when I sell this car, the new owner will have a record of everything done to it. When you can prove the oil and filter were changed every 3000 miles and maintainence was done strictly according to the owners manual, it should help convince a prospective buyer that the car hasn't been abused.
