I'm too lazy to read all the other responses in this thread, but to me it sounds like you are some little kid walking around saying "I'm getting married and there is nothing you can do about it so there!"
IMO, you are way too young to get married. Just do the world a favor and don't knock her up soon. We don't want her having a kid when she goes back on the market after a divorce in a few years.

The drive to marriage is from their religous parents, and I'm guessing they have abstained from physical relations because of their beliefs.
i was with you up until this point. after here our views part ways. i didn't need to be told to know about the religion. i recognized it based on the way he speaks. i see one of two situations quite possibly coming into play here, either:
-they have already knocked boots and now they are going to marry to make it right and relieve their guilt.
or
-they care about each other, can't imagine being without each other (welcome to what the rest of the world calls passion, one of three things required for love to exist) and want to start knockin boots so they are getting married so as to avoid a sin.
i have seen both scenarios play themselves out with people who grew up (like me) in a very religious home. the only other scenario i can see is they are both still babies just barely out of diapers who do not yet know what is what. in all fairness i will admit there is a slight possibility they are actually ready for a lifelong commitment, but i very much doubt it.

1. Self-sacrificing, aquired by lots of hard work in giving of yourself for another. Putting your spouses needs before your own, and so on.
2. Patience, aquired by experience and practice. If you are not patient and understanding of your spouse, there will be lots of problems.
I don't know what "other two" you are looking for, but those were the first two that came to the top of my head. Both are extremely important, but may not both be what you were looking for.

for one to love another requires from both parties:
passion-without it you may as well not marry at all
time-we are talking about a serious amount here, not just 2 seconds worth
commitment-this does not mean marriage as that is a different commitment.
the commitment is you each pledge to honor, respect, obey, blah, blah, blah even and especially when you do not want to and when she pisses you off. love alone, however, is not what keeps a marriage strong and healthy especially in todays world of disposable marriages. if you two can make it work then great but at this early stage in your lives there is simply a snowballs chance in hell this is gonna make it the long haul. but i do wish you a long happy healthy loving marriage.

Self sacrifice is something you can't always endure. Pet peeves. General annoyances. Difference in sleep habits. One rips the sheet away. The other throws an arm over. Snoring. Farting. Both. Dutch ovens. Rockin' the bedposts. That time of the month. Both. Dirty laundry. Clean laundry- On the floor. Video games. She likes SVU. You like CSI.
All I gotta say is she better break my bedframe if I give up so many freedoms!!
