thats not always true. most of my money i spend on my chick goes towards stuff like her hearse and other good stuff.

But in this case, the wife is going to be a stay-at-home mom, she won't have 'her own money' to go buy it herself. Not only will there only be one income, there'll be a number of children to care for as well.
