WHEN I HAD TROUBLE WITH MY FUEL PUMP IT TURNED OUT THE FILTER ON THE PUMP NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. ON MY 2000 CSVT RETURNLESS IT JUST TURNED THE KEY TO THE ON POSITION FOR A FEW SECONDS. TURN IT OFF AND BACK TO THE ON POSITION - DON'T TRY TO START THE CAR- DO THIS FIVE OR SIX TIMES AND THE SYSTEM SHOULD BE PRIMED. WORKED FOR ME. DAMN FILTER !
