The are fixed in position in terms of up and down movement.

the left vent still has the left to right adjustability.

ok, im in for the group buy... that is some amazing work, looks really tight, would go perfect in my project car (already have a-pillar pod in everyday driver) let me know when you want to start the group buy, but you better quit your day job, i have a feeling those are going to be a big hit!! congrats!

If you want to have a smooth paint job, it's not in the paint but the surface you are paining. That surrond needs to be sanded, primered, sanded again, more filler (if needed), sanded, primered, sanded and then paint.
I would use 500 - 600 grit to knock down any body filler and 800 for finishing off the primer to get ready for paint.

That whole process was used already, like steeda said, it was the type of paint there is at least 3 layers of primer, probably more.

That is BY FAR the coolest mod I've seen...

If you were to build some, could you do one with 4 guages across (for those who have the 3 a-pillar and one in the change holder, i.e. me)? It would be that much sweeter.
