Yep...you don't even have to have a windshield for your car to pass inspection. Just so long as your inspection/registration stickers have a way to be displayed. I once saw a POS early 80's Datsun pick-up drive past a cop....it had no doors and no windows...cop didn't even bat an eye. The cops where I live don't even seem to care about limo tint either. Gotta love it!
