I agree. If "x" decibels is too loud for a Honda exhaust, then it is too loud for a Harley. If "y" levels of crap in your exhaust is OK, then it is OK for everyone.

Cops do have an important and thankless job, so anything that helps keep them and society safe, I'm all for. It seems to me that they should be cruising around at night looking for real street racers not just pulling people over for driving slightly modified cars (if NOS is a slight mod...?)

Just a thought/ question: is there any legitimate reason for an older Honda to be running NOS on the street? I can see if they race that same car on the weekends, but it seems to me they should disconnect the bottle during the week.

But if "z" amount of lowering is illegal, then it's illegal. If blue turn signals or less than 20% tint are illegal they are illegal. You should expect to be pulled over and ticketed for those things. If you don't like it, lobby for the law to be changed. Just MHO.
