that may be how you personally view cops but that is most definately not the truth. if you are friendly and cooperative then no that is not how it works. if you are beligerant and have an attitude then you are giving him reason to be suspicious.

I didn't say anything about how I view cops.

I said what can be used to search a car.

And yes, an attitude is another that can 'give a reason' for a cop to search your car.

What a cop can/cannnot do has nothing to do with how someone views them.
