are we absolutely positive that this is infact law and not some prank? i know we can be busted for no license plate as i and others i know have been as well as having tinted windows. i know there is a limit to how loud an exhaust can be, the amount of lowering, clear lenses, and even cruising can be punished but can they actually see the lack of a front plate and the normal (read: not ricer coffee can) aftermarket exhaust and use that to search yor entire car?
