does ne one know what my contour v6 5 sp with about 185 hp would it would in the 1/4

i am guessing somewhere between 10 seconds and 20 seconds....just a guess though

Well, a 200hp SVT contour does around 15.4, so you'd probably be a hair slower than that, maybe 15.6. Really depends on your launch, and if you can drive.

Car and driver tested the non svt at 15.9 and the 170 hp cougar at 16.0. Its really hard to say what you will run depending on track conditions, weather conditions, drivers skill, etc. If its an ideal situation, then probably a 15.6-15.7.

The stock differential has held up for some while dragging. If you are one of those who lose a diff, your ET will be substantially higher and more expensive. Reducing/limiting wheel hop might help.
