It looks like a Pinninfarina body. My initial thought was Maserati A6GCS, but the back window is wrong, as is the fender vent.
Also has some Ghia flavor to it.

just block out everything but the hood and front end and it kinda looks like a 69 Camaro (i know that its not THAT car)
